Illinois State Missionary Baptist Convention to Dallas, Texas
September 6-9, 2010
President Gerald M. Dew will be preaching for the National Missionary Baptist Convention this September. He is asking member churches and the State Convention Mass Choir to accompany him for support.
We have put together an affordable package for those who desire to attend. Prices include: 3-days and 2-nights at the beautiful and luxurious Dallas Sheraton Suites, round trip motor coach transportation, and one meal traveling to and one meal traveling from Dallas. The cost also includes shuttle fees to and from the conference site where President Dew’s sermon and convention will be held.
You may make your reservation directly with the Dallas Sheraton Suites, or through the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. The Dallas Sheraton Suites does require a credit/debit card to secure your room reservation. PLEASE NOTE: No charges will be billed to your card until you actually arrive and check in at the hotel. If you call, be sure to indicate you are registering with Illinois State Missionary Baptist Convention group attending the National Missionary Baptist Convention.
In person and mail-in hotel deposits (as well as all remaining balances) are to be submitted to the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Due to the limited amount of rooms, we encourage booking early. All checks are to be made payable to: Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and mailed to:

The delegation will leave Chicago, Illinois for Dallas, Texas on Monday, September 6, 2010 and return to Chicago, Illinois on Thursday, September 9, 2010.
